Frequently Asked Questions
How do you use DrumCare360 brush?
Wet the brush with water or your preferred cleaning solution. Gently pull back the rubber gasket and insert DrumCare360 so the bristles reach the space behind the seal. Press the brush against the rubber gasket and make a full 360-degree swipe around the entire gasket to loosen and remove grime.
Next, press the brush against the drum and rotate the drum a full 360 degrees, continuing until the area under the drum is clean to your satisfaction. Use steady pressure and repeat passes as needed.
Use the brush to clean the detergent drawer as well: scrub thoroughly inside each compartment, paying special attention to corners, edges, and the siphon tubes where black mold commonly accumulates. Rinse or wipe away loosened residue and let all parts dry before reassembling.
The brush is designed to be durable and flexible due to its TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) material. While it is soft and flexible, excessive force beyond normal use could potentially cause it to deform or break. However, under typical cleaning conditions, it should withstand regular pressure without breaking.
Will the brush break if too much force is used while cleaning?
How do you clean the brush?
To clean the DrumCare360 brush, rinse it well with warm water to remove soap or dirt. Use mild soap if needed, and gently rub the bristles with your fingers to clear trapped dirt and regain shape of bristles. Rinse again until the water is clear. The bristles are made of silicone, which does not harbor mold. This innovative material choice ensures that the cleaning tool remains hygienic and odor-free, effectively preventing the buildup of mold and mildew in hard-to-reach areas behind washing machine gaskets. Silicone’s durability and resistance to moisture make DrumCare360 a reliable and long-lasting solution for maintaining a clean and fresh washing machine. Cleaning it regularly keeps it working well and lasts longer.
Is the brush designed universal to clean all washing machines?
The DrumCare360 brush is designed with a universal fit in mind, making it effective for cleaning the hard-to-reach areas behind the gaskets of most front-load washing machines and between the drum and balance ring of top-load washing machines. Its flexible, patented design adapts to various gasket sizes and shapes, ensuring thorough cleaning and odor elimination across a wide range of models.
How often do you replace the brush?
Silicone brushes can last longer than nylon but should be replaced when the bristles break or become too frayed.
